Lady Tethys is the chapter 2 boss. She has 2 attacks.
1. An electric orb that spawns at wherever you are.
2. A a melee attack with a big red sword that hits all around her.
For this fight, cast projectiles over and over. This gets you free damage and interrupts her attacks. Get in close whenever you can and do jump, X, X, X, Y. The throw at the end does a huge chunk of damage. She'll do her melee attack after being thrown, so run out of range and cast some more projectiles. Her melee attack can be parried, so always be prepared to parry. She can't be stunned by parries, but you'll avoid taking damage.

Difficulty: 3-6/10 (Depending on game difficulty)
I defeated Lady Tethys by jumping at her from the right side of the screen and doing a 2-3 hit combo before dodge rolling to the left side of the screen, then repeating it and dodge rolling to the right side, just keep going back and forth but make sure you dodge roll to avoid her nasty red sword/claw attack or she'll probably knock you into the spikes in the arena for double damage. If you are still having trouble use projectile based attacks to throw her off.

Story Related, can't be missed
You will encounter Lady Tethys in Chapter 2 - Darkness. You will find a kid named Bopo that will lead you to his village. It is in need of water that Lady Tethys controls. You will need to go and speak with her and eventually defeat her. Lady Tethys has 2 attacks.
If you are at a distance, she will throw up her hand and start to attempt to attack you with countdown projectiles. If caught by one, you will be damaged and lose the ability to use Fidget for a few seconds. Just move away for it to not hit you. If you get too close, she will swing at you with her arm blade. This does serious damage and try to avoid at all costs by dodging or Aerial Dust Storm away. I had a lot of trouble with her on Hardcore so beware. Good luck!
