How to unlock the Agile achievement in Dying Light - Definitive Guide
There is a relatively easy way to earn the Agile (LVL 10 Agility Profession) achievement fairly early in the game. This method requires the “Voltage” Side Mission which is obtained after the second or third story mission.
Voltage has Crane traveling Haran to reset three power substations in order to restore power to a section of the city. The third, and final, substation is where a bit of grinding will occur in order to earn some easy Agility and Survivor XP.
What you’ll want to do is begin a day cycle and activate the first two substations. Travel to the third substation and make your way to the structure in the middle of the fences. This location is safe from the zombies outside as it’s a “Safe House”, but will only actually become a Safe House upon completion of Voltage. The mission cannot be completed until night time because Volatile converge on the substation and the point is to kill them by turning the power on.
So, you must play the waiting game here until night time. To the left of the buildings entrance is a stack of wood. You are going to jump onto that and hold down the button to then climb onto the roof in one motion. Each time you will earn +15 and then +22 XP. There’s a way to get an additional +14, but it was very sporadic and involved just jumping more towards the wood and jumping up from the wood. Either way, that’s +37 XP per jump and climb. Do this until night time, but DO NOT COMPLETE VOLTAGE. Once night arrives, the game categorizes you as being outside amongst the enemies and Volatile. You will now begin accruing the double XP for 74 XP per jump. You’re also gaining the Survivor XP for being outside at night.
Whenever you tire of grinding, go inside at night and activate the substation and sleep in the bedroll to claim the Survivor XP.
This is a great, and safe way to earn XP early into the game.

If you haven't unlocked "Freerunning Adept" you will only get +10 and +15, but in a few minutes you should be able to unlock this. Your climbing speed will also greatly increase.

Easiest way to level up fast is to go out free running at night! Your agility and power points will double during the night so this is a great time to go out and earn some points. Why not deliberately go and pick a fight with a volatile? Let him chase you, keep running like the wind and let more and more come after you and your agility points will soon start racking up, especially at lower levels and you'll have this one in no time!
Just don't run to a safe house, this will cause your pursuit to come to and end and your points will stop. If you survive the night and you want to go again just sleep at a nearby safe house and prepare for round two.

In order to earn this trophy, you must reach Agility level 10. You can earn agility XP by: Climbing, running, falling, collectibles flags and even jumping. The most efficient way to earn XP however, is by completing Agility challenges. Earning XP during the night also doubles, so you can always evade a pursuit while climbing across Harran. Reaching level 10 is also impossible to miss, as you'll reach this just before completing the game. When you reach level 10, the trophy will unlock.
