If you somehow don't get this here, there are lots of items and weapons to craft all through the rest of the game. Keep crafting and hopefully you'll get it sooner than never.
The only videos I found for this are for the PS4, but you'll get the idea. This video skips the searching and just shows the creation of the Medkit.

. Open the door that the zombie was trying to get into and talk to the man you find there. He will ask you to find components for a Medkit to stop his bleeding. Search the whole 13th Floor for the Gauze and the Alcohol. They are inside containers which were unavailable until this mission.Once you have the components you need, press the

Bugged. Didn't pop for me at that point. (and it's not on 100% either on the achievement tracker).
Doesn't matter though, there are tons of opportunities to get it.

I hope you get it during the 500+ other items you'll craft throughout the game.

The first chance that you'll be able to craft an item, is a Medkit for Mark just after killing your first infected. You will need both Alcohol, and Gauze in order to craft a Medkit. The Alcohol can be found inside a refrigerator in room 131 and the Gauze can be found inside a medical cabinet in room 133. Open your craft menu with the touchpad button, and press 
to craft the Medkit. The trophy will unlock shortly afterwards.
