You can get this on the boss level, level 8. And without having to buy magnet and time. Just collect the few crystals and kill the boss then finish the level. Bravo 👏 👏

I found the easiest level to get this on is Crabby Beach 2, using the Magnet upgrade (costs 500 gems). There are no secret areas, and the path is mostly tight, meaning the magnet pulls most everything in. You need to get all Gems, all Star Balls and kill all enemies, whilst making sure you beat the (unspecified) time. Just race through and this will come quite easily.
