You complete a Musuo Mode by advancing through the 6 story missions for a given Officer. There are 17 Musuo Modes in all:
5 for Wu (the red guys)
5 for Wei (the blue guys)
5 for Shu (the green guys)
2 for Other (the yellow guys)
At the outset of the game, only 3 Officers are available for Wu, Wei, and Shu, and none for Other. This means that you will need to unlock the remaining 8 Officers before you can play and complete their Musuo Modes.
