You need to win 10 invasion battles to get this achievement.
The quickest way to get this achievement is to start a new save on beginner difficulty and just use every turn to invade, since even though you won't have the troop numbers or rations to keep deploying allies the difficulty will be so easy that you should still be able to steamroll all of the battles for a quick achievement.
