There are only 4 event battles in Conquest mode. Win all 4 to get this achievement. There is no need to complete the entire campaign, after winning the event battle. you can save, quit, and do the next.

Make sure to turn off "Swap Musou Officers" when starting a scenatio.

1. Scenario "Alliance Against Dong Zhuo":
Pick one of Liu Bei's officers (for example Guan Yu or Zhang Fei) or have a created warrior join Liu Bei's Army. The Battle will start after a few months, just do generic objectives until then.

2. Scenario "Battle of Guan Du":
Pick one of Cao Cao's officers (for example Xiahou Yuan or Xun Yu) or have a created warrior join Cao Cao's Army. The Battle will start after a few months, just do generic objectives until then.

3. Scenario "Battle of Chi Bi":
Pick one of Sun Quan's officers (for example Han Dang or Huang Gai) or have a created warrior join Sun Quan's Army. The Battle will start after a few months, just do generic objectives until then.

4. Scenario "Northern Campaign":
Pick one of Cao Rui's officers (for example Cao Xiu or Man Chong) or have a created warrior join Cao Rui's Army. The Battle will start after a few months, just do generic objectives until then.
