How to unlock the Divine Power achievement in DYNASTY WARRIORS 9 Empires - Definitive Guide

I was only able to get this after obtaining my first epic gem artifact which opened up all 5 gem slots.
I had to play on chaos difficulty to get one as I was having no luck at all on other difficulties.
I was lucky and my first one had poison element attached to it but some of them may have no element attached (I'm unsure on this but some lower level ones do not). Once you have one with a element on it attach 5 gems with either the same element or +1 to all elements.
I used noxious gems for the +1 to poison giving me a total of 6 poison (+1 from artifact, +5 from gems).
Complete a battle and it will unlock.

I will add I only got this by equipping epic gems to the epic artifact, I had the black tortoise artifact and attached 5 black tortoise gems to it might be a bug as I did try with other gems (legendary and rare) and it didn't pop 🤷‍♂️
