Enemies will use secret plans in every battle to try to turn the tides, this will be announced about 2 to 3 minutes into the battle after your own secret plan is announced (if you have used one).
Once their secret plan is in use there will be flashing red icons on the map and some information on the right side of the screen, you will either need to kill some units or take some bases in order to foil their plans within a time limit. Rush straight to these locations and fulfil the criteria as fast as possible, as this will help you in your battles to make the enemies weaker and easier to beat.
Once you have foiled the plan just win the battle to get the achievement (repeat 20 times).
