To be able to play this history mission you need to have a friendship level of 4 with Athrun Zala, Shinn Asuka, Kira Yamoto, Setsuna F. Seiei and at least level 2 with Dianna Soriel.

There are 5 missions required for this achievement although there are additional history missions after they achievement pops. To get the achievement you need to complete:

1. A Flash of Time - Kira/Strike Force Gundam

2. The Darkness of Thunder - Athrun/Gouf

3. A New Flag - Shinn/Destiny Gundam

4. Freedom and Justince - Shinn/Destiny Gundam

5 - The Final Power - Athrun/Infinite Justice Gundam

After these five missions the achievement should pop.

There is an additional history mission for the Gundam Seed group:

* - Are you Able to survive? - Kira/Strike Force Gundam
But this is not required for the achievement.

I have Kira and Setsuna at level 5 and Athrun, Shinn at level 4. I have Dianna Soriel at level 2 as well and these missions are not popping up. Unless Dianna has to be level 3.

about Dianna, how are to supposed to level her up? she can't be chosen as pilot or partner or operator so i'm a little lost (same for Ramba, Schwartz and Leina)

Dianna Soriel has to be level 4. you level her up by completing all the available history missions and then going to your terminal.

The requirements are definitely wrong, for Dianna Soriel at the most part. I have everyone at level 4 now and Dianna at level 3 and these missions are still not coming up. I just have 3 more history eras to complete which are this one, Wing and 00.
