To be able to play this one you need to have a friendship of level 3 with Dianna Soriel. To be able to do this you need to beat the second set of history mission.
1. Defense of the Bulge. Herro/Zero
2. The Final Victor Herro/Zero
3. Defense of the Bulge (White Fang) Milliardo/Epyon
4. The Final Victor (White Fang) Milliardo/Epyon
Beat these four mission and your done.
On a side note such a great series and only 4 mission needed to be much longer and a cool movie at the end would of been nice!

Lol, true. Though Gundam Wing was likely the most popular of the series in the West (because of Toonami), it was one of the less popular Gundam series in Japan, where they make all things Gundam. =(
