For this achievement you need to kill 100,000 dudes. This isn't nearly as hard as it sounds. Since you need to kill a lot of enemies to take a field, and you need to take fields to reduce the enemy's battle gauge so you can make the enemy commander appear and kill him, you should get this way before you 100% the game.
Whenever you clear a field, every enemy that is still alive and inside the field powers down and can be killed in one hit, including the hit that comes from a peon dying and exploding. Make sure to start a chain of explosions before you leave a field, you can rack up anywhere from 10-100 kills just from making a peon explode.
You can use charge (Y button) attacks, or SP attacks to cause peons to explode. You can also buy the "blast attack" skill from the shop, and then enemies you kill with a regular X attack will explode too if you equip it. I got this about 30 hours into the game, with plenty of missions left, so if you want 100%, you really don't have to worry about it.
