This achievement requires that you play 200 missions. If you are sitting at the story mode menu (shop, missions, etc) you can choose the records option and see how many stages you have left.
If you really wanted to, you could play stages where you only have to fight a boss (most of the history missions whose title ends with "epilogue" are like this) and get it fairly easily. If you want 100%, there are more than 200 missions total, not counting redoing missions for friendship and/or money, so this would technically be impossible to miss.
