As you progress through the story you will unlock more weapons types, once you have 9 you just need to win as battle with each of them as stated in the trophy.

There are ten different weapon types in Dynasty Warriors: Origins. See Abundant Armory (30G) for a guide on where to acuire each of them. Your weapons all level up; even the ones that you don’t use will passively increase in level. This is good news if you want to use one weapon predominately and won't affect you unlocking this trophy.

Win one battle with each of these and the Weapons Master achievement will then unlock.
