This will take quite a while to get as you will need to explore roughly 3/4 of the map to find enough radios. This is NOT missable however, as the radios are indestructible until listened to, so feel free to go crazy demolishing anything you see for materials. Just keep an eye out on the map for the radio icons and just interact with them until you get the 50 needed.

Interesting, I never noticed that. Any other weapon won't damage them if you haven't listened to it yet.

You can destroy them if you haven't listened to them. I did it with the Khopesh to one in one of the desert zones and looking around I'm not the only one to do that. I'm guessing the shockwave from the sword might work differently than the weapons themselves, as I've read a few other people doing this, always with the khopesh.
I was still able to get the zone to show 100% though, so hopefully it doesn't mess up the Perfect Interest achievement.
