How to unlock the 10000 Calories achievement in EA SPORTS Active 2 - Definitive Guide

You will burn approximately 14,050 calories if you plan to do 100% of the exercises in both the 9 Week Program and the Cardio Kick Start Program on easy (19,140 calories on hard). Unlocking "Trail Blazer" will burn 33,800 calories on hard and "Pedal Power" will add an additional 23,740 calories so you will definitely unlock this achievement if you are going for all the achievements.

This one can be a long one. One tip is to do stretches or pushups or anything on the ground. Do a long set and go do the dishes or whatever else you have to do around the house. It doesn't actually check to see if you are there on the activities that are on the ground.
Another tip is to up your weight when it has you enter it. A lot of the calorie numbers you burn are dependent on weight. My daughter and I did a co-op workout, the exact same things, and I had burned about 3x as many calories as her and my weight is about 3x what hers is.

When you have to select YOUR weight, select the max.

And then, when you play, you burn more calories !

Achievement will be one of the easiest like this !

Only few days doing 9 weeks program !
