How to unlock the Brick Wall achievement in EA SPORTS Active 2 - Definitive Guide

Short version: Play Soccer Goalkeeper. Block 1k balls. Get achievement.

Long version:
This took me just under 45 mins. I was blocking 70-90+ balls per round. I only have about 5 ft of play space so that shouldn't be a concern for anyone in the same situation.

You can have 16 high intensity Soccer Goalkeeper workouts in one workout "session".
You are given the chance to block 126 balls per "round" you should have 1k before those are up.

If you get 1k saves before you finish all 16 "rounds" you can push start on the controller and skip exercise after each subsequent "round" loads.

One piece of advice: If you think a ball is going to be too far of a stretch let it go and focus on the next one. If you try to hit every one you might find yourself missing several in a row trying to play catch up.

Much easier to do it as part of the 3 or 9 week work outs.

All of the do X# of things can be done as part of the 3/9 week regimens. Barring the running and biking.

I do highly recommend working on those first but there are many people who are interested in putting up points fast and getting achievements knocked down ASAP. This solution is for them :)

This achievement can be massively buggy too. I personally have done over 2500 saves as of writing this but my progress is only showing about 600

Doesn't surprise me much.

I was able to finish everything except the running before my bars all started back tracking. I would say i am lucky but i would have preferred lost progress on all the other do X thing achievements so long as the running and biking didn't backtrack :-/

Depending on the intensity, you will most likely not unlock this achievement if you plan to complete the 9 week program without skipping this exercise. If it did not unlock after the program, either 100% complete the Cardio Kick Start program or create a custom workout with the Soccer - Goalkeeper exercise at the desired intensity. Below is a table which shows the total time and exercises needed.
