How to unlock the Cardio Kick Start achievement in EA SPORTS Active 2 - Definitive Guide
When you start the game you have a choice of which Scheduled Workout you would like to do. Choose the Cardio Kick Start Workout.
The Cardio Kick Start workout is 12 workouts done over the course of three weeks. You read that right, this achievement takes THREE WEEKS! Pick a schedule where you choose four days in the week to do this specific workout (the other three are 'rest days'). Remember these days you picked as you need to load up this game and finish the workout.
You cannot miss more than two of the twelve scheduled workouts, or you wont hit 80%.
