How to unlock the Fitness Pro achievement in EA SPORTS Active 2 - Definitive Guide
No easy way around this, just like Fitness Expert you need to do 100 workouts.
Semi-easy way is if you select a custom workout with just one ground based activity (low intensity push ups that the Kinect doesn't track and are quick) you can do this sitting on the sofa. You have to do each workout stepping through all the start and finish screens though so time consuming rather than hard.

If your looking for a short cut to this achievement, simply make a custom workout of (1) short exercise. Completing this custom workout counts as one workout.

The total workouts completed include custom workouts, so if you want to get this fast, create a custom workout with just 1 warm up exercise that will take seconds to finish and keep repeating the workout until the achievement unlocks. If you plan on completing all the program workouts and unlocking all achievements including "Trail Blazer" and "Pedal Power" this will unlock eventually.
