How to unlock the Push it to the Limit achievement in EA SPORTS Active 2 - Definitive Guide

I found a very easy way to do this all you have to do when it tells you to get on the ground is sit down on a chair or sofa then when you start your push ups just lift on leg up a little more then stright out then back down and just keep repating this you can also do the same thing just extend your arm stright out in front of you and just keep lifting it up and down or you can always do girl push ups but I found sitting down much easier.

Edit - With the new update you dont need to do anything just make a custom work out with push ups and lets it run don't have to do anything just like the warm-ups

when you keep your knees on the ground and just push your self up.

After the update on the 1st March, the Kinect sensor is not needed to complete this activity. It acts the same as Warm Ups and Cool downs. Therefore, you can simply create a custom workout with LOADS of push ups, and then just do nothing. Nice 'n' Easy!

@deutschZuid - 'Girl push ups' are using knees as a pivot point instead of toes.

Ya cause it might kill you no good fat people to do a pushup! why not do them legit, you may actually gain some muscle and not be a virgin the rest of ur disgraceful lives.

If you plan to 100% complete the 9 week program, you will most likely not finish this by the program's end, but there is a simple way to obtain this achievement without doing any pushups. First off make sure the floor exercises are set to automatic by going into Help & Settings -> Settings -> Workout Settings -> Floor Exercises -> Automatic then create a custom workout full of pushups on hard. Then begin the workout and let it run automatically.

Intensity - Time (mins) - calories - # Pushups/Exercise - Total Exercise - Total time (hrs)
Low - 0:40 - 6.6 - 10 - 100 - 1.2
Med - 0:46 - 7.7 - 12 - 84 - 1.1
High - 0:53 - 8.7 - 15 - 67 - 1
Note: Transition times between exercises are not accounted for.
