Adjusting your user and CPU sliders does not affect this trophy. If going for this trophy specifically, it may be a good idea to play 5 minute quarters and make sure not to Super Sim during the game at all, as this will prevent you from unlocking this. Set yourself up with a run like an outside toss and with sliders adjusted in your favor you'll throw touchdowns almost every throw and this should unlock properly.

I recommend using Donovan Edwards while attempting this achievement.
I would choose Michigan vs any low rated defense while playing on freshman difficulty.
Note: don’t use super sim or the achievement won’t unlock. If you don’t get the ball first, choose restart and hopefully you get to start with the ball first.

Achievement is self explanatory, all you have to do is get a 50 yard rushing Touchdown.
I did this in a play now match choosing Ohio State vs Kennesaw State on freshman difficulty. On the first play I was able to run all the way and score and the achievement unlocked.

SIMMING ANY PART OF THE GAME WILL DISABLE THIS ACHIEVEMENT.
This one shouldn’t give you too much trouble on freshman difficulty. Make sure you are utilizing the RT button for speed and tapping the RS to juke a defender causing him to miss you. Pressing A will cause your running to stiff arm a defender as well. Once you score a TD on a 50 yard run the achievement will unlock.
