For this achievement go into a play now game and choose any ranked team, to make it as easy as possible, and I chose to play against Kennesaw State.
Choose Freshman difficulty and set the quarter length 15 minutes. Then you need to pass for 200 yards with the QB and run with him for 200 yards.
Passing should be the easiest as you just need to throw for 200 yards. I did the running by choosing Hail Mary passes and running out of the pocket down field.
Any time the opposing team punts, run the ball back to around the 10 yard line to make sure you have as much yardage available to you when you start each drive.
As long as you never ran a run play with the running back, once the stats show 200 yards of passing and running, the achievement will unlock.

This will unlock mid-game as well, if you want to add that to the solution.

Want to make a quick guide on this since I’m seeing some people having trouble getting this to unlock.
Game mode: Quick play
Quarter length: 15 minutes
Difficulty: Freshman
Team: Alabama (or any team with a mobile QB)
You want to start off by getting your rushing/passing yards. You CAN sim defensive drives in the process. Once you've got your yardage sim to the end of the game. The achievement will still NOT pop.
Go back into quick play and play as the EXACT same team you just used. Once you start the game get the ball and the first rush on pass you complete for positive yardage with your QB the achievement will pop.
Hopes this helps anybody having difficulty.

Set up a game with adjusted sliders and lopsided teams and you should be able to pass for 200 yards as your quarterback and run for 200 yards as well. As your QB, if you go back to pass on a pass play you can hold 
to get out of the throwing stance and run the ball instead. Do not sim any part of your game as the trophy may be delayed and unlock the next game. Best to play it safe and not sim.

SIMMING ANY PART OF THE GAME WILL DISABLE/DELAY* THIS ACHIEVEMENT.
I played as Michigan since their QB is mobile. You’ll want to start off by alternating running and throwing the ball. Once you hike the ball make sure the DE is being blocked (if he’s not blocked he has a good chance of sacking you) and hold RT to run as the QB. Make sure you tap the RS so you can juke any defenders trying to tackle you. On Freshman difficulty you should be able to easily run for lots of yards.
Passing should be easy on freshman difficulty. Passing plays with Slants and posts usually get you easy yards.
Once you have 200 yards passing and receiving the achievement will unlock.
*NOTE: I simmed and only played offense and this achievement unlocked the next game I played. It’s recommended that you DO NOT SIM any part of the game.
