The description might sound a little confusing, but you only actually have to play one Play Now game with any one of the 134 real college teams. You can set up the difficulty, sliders and time length however you'd like. You don't even have to win technically, but you could use this opportunity to pair this up with a rivalry game for Unbelievable Finish 
and you could get It's a Turnover! if your team has a unique turnover celebration.

Select Play Now on the Home Menu and choose any matchup.
Once the game starts, do the kickoff and run one offensive/defensive play (Not sure if it is needed, but did it to make sure).
Once the play is over, pause the game, select Super Sim, then Jump Ahead, then End Of Game.
Let the game simulate to the end. Once the game is over the Trophy should unlock. It does not matter if you win or lose.
