How to unlock the From the Community achievement in EA SPORTS College Football 25 - Definitive Guide

On the Home Screen, bumper over the Create and Share tab and select Download Center.
Under the schools tab you should see a few schools available to download. I chose the Round Rock Slabedits as it was the first one. Select the team and choose download.
Once the download is finished, back out and go the Home tab and select play now. Choose the team you just downloaded and start a game against any opponent.
Before you choose the kickoff play, you can press the left stick
to Super Sim to the End of the Game. One the game finished the achievement should pop.

Download any team from the Download Center. There are lots of creative teams and schools out there or you can create your own with the TeamBuilder website.
I created a team where every player has a 99 in all 53 stat categories and the team is a 99 OVR. This team will help you with a number of different trophies. Search for the team "Platinum Trophies" by keyword or by username, Kraigbot.
Once you've downloaded a team, you can start an Ultimate Team Challenge, a Play Now game or Online Dynasty as a TeamBuilder team and you should get the trophy right when you start.
