There are a few teams who have a unique turnover tradition but I chose the Pittsburgh Panthers to use.
Before you go into the game, go to the settings on the main menu and bumper over to Player Skill and increase Interceptions, Reaction Time and Pass Coverage to 100.
Then start the Play Now match as Pittsburgh. I played against LSU on Freshman difficulty as I wanted a team who threw the ball a lot.
On defense when choosing the play, press the right stick
and turn Strip Ball to Aggressive. You can hit stick by flicking up on the Right Stick 
to try to force a fumble. To intercept, once the ball is thrown switch to the defender with 
and hold 
to pick the ball off.
When you have the ball on offense, punt the ball back to them right away so you can stay on defense.
Once you force the turnover, the achievement will unlock.

Which Panthers? There are numerous teams with Panthers as their mascot.

I got this while play with WVU Mountaineers so I guess it works for them too. I was playing against PITT though so that may of been why it worked.

Despite showing a unique turnover tradition sometimes you have to get a second turnover to get this trophy to unlock.
There are several teams with turnover celebrations or traditions. If you get an interception or a fumble recovery, wait until you see the team do a unqiue celebration exclusive to that team. Examples of some teams that have a unique turnover celebration are: Michigan, Oregon, Oregon State., Pitt, WVU, Alabama. You can do this in any game mode so for ideal conditions play an offline game with adjusted sliders in your favor.

Play as Pittsburgh (ACC Conference). Play against any team. I used Ball State.
Have your 2nd controller do a run play. Then when he's away from the QB a bit, press LB to pitch the ball. He'll throw toward a teammate, so if he's in the open, it's better. If the 2nd controller recovers its own fumble, run it again. I got it the second time I ran the play.
