Select Play Now on the Home Menu and choose any matchup.

Edit: Before you select kickoff, you can press the left stick to Super Sim to the end of game like below, without having to run any plays.

Once the game starts, do the kickoff and run one offensive/defensive play (Not sure if it is needed, but did it to make sure).

Once the play is over, pause the game, select Super Sim, then Jump Ahead, then End Of Game.


Let the game simulate to the end. Once the game is over the achievement should unlock. It does not matter if you win or lose.
