The fastest method is to start Road to Glory mode, in the setup go to Road to Glory Settings and turn off High School Experience. Quickly spam through positions, archetypes, etc. and the achievement will pop as soon as you select confirm and save.

What I did was just keep advancing each week and kept spamming the A button to quickly get through the dialogue and questions. The high school season is about 8 weeks long, and once it’s done, just pick a college. The achievement should pop the following week after you advance.
