How to unlock the Dazzling Personality achievement in EA SPORTS FC 24 - Definitive Guide

As of 12/10/23 this achievement seems to have a glitch- which will save you hours of your time. Not my video and credit goes to Troyception.


I would recommend completing this as quickly as possible before a patch is released.

Worked like a charm, just did exactly as in the video and the achievement unlocked. Thank god i dont have to grind this

I earned this achievement on October 14th, 2023. This video is amazing and I hope this achievement doesn't get patched.

Solution still works as of October 15th. Unlocked it in both versions.

Would advise booting up immediately and doing the one simple task to unlock. EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate give a 10 hour free trial on both versions.

10 hours for Xbox One and 10 hours for Xbox Series X.

I think it doesn't have to be the mattress. It can be any activity that gives you personality points. After completing initial activity the points will be distributed: 100%-0%-0% for example.
It unlocked for me after "saying hello to teammates" or whatever the first thing is called after you create your own player.

I can't get this to work, tried it with Bruno as in the video and now a custom player. A comment was posted on Youtube yesterday saying it still worked, but there appeared to be a general patch released today which mentioned career mode although didn't explicitly state this bug as far as I could tell. I bought the game a few days ago and didn't play it until today, how typical if it just so happens to be after they've removed a very helpful glitch. I don't have much appetite to grind this legit especially as I have no chance of getting 100% on UT anyway.

UPDATE - It just unlocked randomly a good 12+ hours later, so clearly it still works but may take longer than the video suggested.

I unlocked this trophy at the beginning of the career game.
Create your own character and modify 75% of the default skins (eyes, mouth, hair etc...) it will unlock once saved.

At the time of writing it works, you get it in 2 minutes, you create a new career, Rodrigo from Real Madrid, go to shopping, buy a top-end hybrid mattress and the trophy falls, did it on PS4/5 in 5 minutes

A very long and tedious trophy.
Player's career, creating our own.
We set the maximum year of birth to 2004 (I think), the nationality is not top so that you are not called to the training camp. I chose (Belarus)
Melbourne City A-Ligue (Australia)
Next, we do 3 workouts on A (Heavy) where the maestro (purple icons), create a template with them
We simulate matches, calculate training sessions, and so on until we score 60,000 points.
It takes about 7-8 hours if you don’t get distracted
