How to unlock the First of Many achievement in EA SPORTS FC 24 - Definitive Guide

This achievement is pretty self explanatory and can happen naturally as you play Clubs. Steps can be found below.
PLEASE NOTE: Some achievements related to Pro Clubs did not unlock for me if the opponent quit. Only when the full game ended and we had post match screens appear.
This is now confirmed in comments by JJR0906
Step 1:
Create your Pro in Clubs which can be found in main menu.
Step 2:
Join a club and it does not matter what division it is.
Step 3:
Play a FULL match on Pro Clubs in the League setting and win. Sometimes it does not work if opponent quits before game ends. But it should pop up during post match screens or when you return to main menu.
As an extra tip: The captain decides type of match in the menus prior to searching for a game. You can check in top corner of the screen whether League is selected.

Can confirm you need to play the full 90 and not have the opponents rage quit. Got this in my second win

As it is said, you need to win a game in "Clubs" mode.
You will need to play with a friend.
- Create your club.
- Ask your friend to join your club.
- Start a game together.
- Get a win or opponent quit.
Easy step but not easy to win especially if your Avatar is very low level. I did it on my 1st try by luck as one of the opponent quit the game. It seems the fix has been applied as we got the trophy (although we were losing at the time).
