How to unlock the Golden Generation achievement in EA SPORTS FC 24 - Definitive Guide

  • New manager career > Play as real manager* > England*/Pep Guardiola* > Advance x3 > Set your tactical vision > Tiki Taka*
  • Now what you need to do is hire expert coaches who fit the tactical vision you just chose, for all departments. The stars don’t matter so ignore them.
  • Since I chose Tiki Taka I want four coaches with the three arrow symbol and hire one for attack, one for midfield, one for defence, one for goalkeeping. It should pop as soon as you hire the last one.
  • If there’s not enough expert coaches with the right tactics symbol, hire the ones available and sim a few weeks at a time (office > calendar) until new ones are available. Alternatively, start a new career and hope for better luck. I tried several times, sometimes I had four straight away and sometimes I only had three available to hire and had to sim.
* = These options shouldn't matter, but it's what I did in case you want to be sure. (the only thing you could possibly need to worry about when setting up your career is making sure you choose a club with enough money to hire the coaches, but you don't need much)

In the coaching career, you have the opportunity to hire four additional coaches for the team. This is all located in “Team Strategy” - “Trainer Management”. There you hire “Expert” class trainers for each cell.
There is one point. A friend made this trophy on X-Box. He didn’t have any problems, but no matter how I twisted it, the fourth coach hired was always marked as “Newbie” (or something like that), although he was “Expert” when hired. Purely intuitively, I simulated three months in advance and when I re-entered “Trainer Management” he became an “Expert” and the trophy dropped.

You can do it faster if you start your career with Real Madrid - the status of the coaches does not change, the trophy drops instantly

I want to add to the kgb hint, if you skip the tab with a tactical vision, the game will not give you 4 experts with one lead, so we set it up right away and don’t click “later”, I left the standard vision and, as in the hint, I got it in two minutes
