To earn this trophy, you need to reach level 7 in the same season.
Playing club and online game seems faster to earn the points however looking at how bad the EA server and matchmaking opponent are unreliable, it seems very lot of effort to get this done online.

So for me, I played Volta against AI (Volta Battle) so you will play against AI directly and do not need online matchmaking.
You have the choice of choosing the difficulty level which will give you more points if difficulty is higher.
The Volta game can be quicker too as you just need 95% of time to just score 5 times to finish the game.
I choose the strategy to play in semi pro where chance to score was higher and faster despite having less points.
So it is up to you if you want try get more point by playing in higher difficulty or play easy difficulty but more games.

Can't remember how many games I had to play to reach level 7 but wasn't too difficult with semi pro level.
