Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) allow you to swap Players and Items for Packs, Players, and upgrades within Ultimate Team.
They are found in Ultimate Team - SBCs.
The "easiest" at the time of writing (February 9th 2024 during Season 4: Act I) seems to be the "Daily Bronze Upgrade" which only requires swapping 1 Bronze Player to complete.
