Ultimate Team achievement, related to Rivals mode.
1250 Ultimate Team Champions Qualification Points is the required number to unlock the achievement. This is a very simple achievement, just time consuming especially if you don't win every single game but it's okay because you still get Qualification Points if you lose. The higher the division in Rivals you're in the more points you can earn, so if you have a good team and the skills this can go pretty quickly for you.

From the Ultimate Team Main Menu, go to:

Play
Rivals
Play Rivals

From here just search for a match and play, win or lose you'll get points. If your opponent quits you still get credit for the match but if you quit you get nothing. Keep grinding away until you get the 1250, the achievement will unlock shortly after the end of the match as achievements can pop very slowly in FC.

To check your progress at any time, go to:

Play
Rivals
Champions

And from here you can see your current points earned. Unless EA changes something your points do carry over season to season, so don't stress if you don't get them all in the time frame.

If you're doing the other stack of FC 24 this WILL auto pop on the other version, just go to the Champions menu and wait a bit until it unlocks.
