How to unlock the Teamwork works achievement in EA SPORTS FC 24 - Definitive Guide

Go to Volta from the main menu and then play Volta squads. You will just be matched up with 3 random people so you don’t have to invite anybody. A lot of people back out during the game and the AI takes over them so it won’t be to hard to win a game.

I'm able to find 3 people but every time when the game searches for a match, it says no matches found

It doesn't have to be exactly friends. With three randomly selected players, the victory also counts towards the trophy.
