Go to kick off after you pick your teams go into game settings down to shot assistance and change it to Precision, then change the difficulty to beginning. Then once in the game you just have to score a goal for the achievement.

To get the “Bullseye” trophy, you have to score a goal with a precision shot. This type of shot can be achieved by pressing R1 or L1 (depending on how you have it configured) and lightly tapping the circle when you are in the goal.
