From the Main Menu:
- Ultimate Team
- Club tab
- Evolutions
- Welcome To Evolutions tab
- Intro to Stat Limits
- Select Player to Preview
- Pick whatever player you want to level up (aka Evolve). Most players require two levels in order to Evolve to get the achievement, which I recommend selecting. In order to do this, you first have to play 3 matches of either Rush, Rivals, or Squad Battles on at least Semi-Pro difficulty. This completes level one. You then have to win 2 matches of either Rush, Rivals, or Squad Battles on at least Semi-Pro difficulty to complete level two. These don't stack so you have to play at least five games
- Once these are done go into Evolutions and My Evolutions to claim the player and the achievement
- This does not look to auto pop on the other version of the game so you'll have to do this again if you're doing both versions
