This achievement can be really frustrating at first if playing with randoms, but can still be done with some patience. This mode gets more fun as you get better!
The way I did it as a very average player was to focus on defense. Make your player character into a tall defender with mostly defensive perks and traits, some speed and dribbling. During matchmaking, if you join very low level players (less than 83 overall), just dashboard and try again. During the game, ALWAYS stay in the back as random players never defend. Do your best to stop the opponent's attacks, trust your comrades and with a bit of luck it will end in a win more often than not!
You need 100 points to rank up. When you win a game, you get 10+ points, if you lose, you lose between 0 to 5 points. It all depends on how well you played, winning streaks and so on. That means that you can rank up just by winning 1 game every 3 matches.
Stay focused and you'll eventually get this !
