You can get this straight away when you start a Manager Mode. You will be invited to play a Youth Tournament from day 1. You have to play 3 games, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final. Ensure you win all 3 games and this achievement will pop for you.

To get the “Rising Talent” trophy we have to win a 5 vs 5 youth tournament. We have to go to a new manager career, it doesn’t matter if we create a manager or play with a real one. We set the minimum duration and difficulty so that it doesn’t become tedious. The rest of the settings are optional. When we are on the main screen we select “Academy” and click on “Youth tournament”. There are only 3 games and if we have set the minimum minutes, the game will last only 3 minutes. We can score a goal and wait covering the ball or play it completely. At the end of the 3 games we will be given the trophy.
