At the Team Management menu just before Kick Off go to the Tactics tab, swipe left and create a new tactic name it whatever you like, edit tactic change anything then save the changes. Achievement Unlocked 😁

To get the “tactical mastermind” trophy we have to create, customize and name our own tactic. Go to “Club”, “Squad”, press L3 and select team management. Press the right D-pad until you go to “New tactic”. Enter a name and save.
