Spazaz, Man
This achievement is done in manager mode. To scout players you must first hire a scout. Assign the scouts instructions to search for players with any three (and only three) attributes of your choice. Simulate the calendar and let it continue for a bit until the achievement pops.
Savenger
You can go for this trophy while in the Manager Career path. In the Transfers menu, you will find a Scout tile. Go in here and you can set up 6 different profiles for your scouts to keep an eye out for. Pick one of the blank profiles, and spec it however you like. To increase your chances, be very open about what you are looking for. The more specific you are here, the lower your total results will be.
When you get to the stage of picking your three attributes, make sure to pick ones that naturally go together. I choose ‘Defensive Minded’, ‘Tall’ and ‘Aerial Threat’ for instance, which returned a decent amount of players. Once your criteria is set, advance the career and your scout should do the rest.
