EA SPORTS Madden NFL 25

1) Create a new Franchise (Offline solo, default roster file), pick the Chicago Bears and start playing
2) Go to manage roster, adjust lineup
3) Click Caleb Williams and scroll down to edit player
4) Go over right to Player Traits and change development from "Superstar X-Factor" to "Superstar"
5) Back out and save changes
6) Click on Caleb Williams again and repeat step 4 but change from "Superstar" back to "Superstar X-Factor"
7) Back out and save changes again and hit B again to go home
8) Go back down to Manage Roster, Adjust lineup, and click Caleb Williams again
9) Achievement should unlock after continuing a few times

**Not sure if you need to change from Superstar X-factor to Superstar the first time (step 4) , that's just what I did**

I have a much easier solution that also gets you the ROTY achievement as well as this one

Set Caleb Williams to 99 overall
Do the same for Rome Odunze

After you Sim through the superbowl go to manage roster than adjust lineup

Select Williams under QB with A

Achievement popped instantly for me
