This one is nice and simple in theory.
Just select xbox live from the main menu and then select select fight cards. You can either join someones game and hope they select 4 fights or you can create your own.
The only difficulty on this one is if your opponent decides to quit on the last match as this doesn't count and the achievement doesn't pop.
You should get it as soon as the fourth fight goes to the stat cards.
