When you begin a career, after the tutorial, and amateur fight, you will be asked to join a beginner league, you can choose either Renegade Fighting League of Weapons Of Destruction, just choose the one you desire, and win your first 5 matches to become champion of the league.
Please note that for the career championship achievements, you will need to compete in two careers.
If you are having trouble winning fights, or are in a rush, set the game to easy, and when you start a fight, rush your opponent, press A to ground them, and go straight into a submission move. Between fights work on stamina, submissions and takedowns and you shouldn't have an issue
