To unlock this achievement you have to make it to number 33 on the first set of night time challenges, when you get to number 33 complete the challenge ( A par 3 with in my case 36mph winds ) the achievement will unlock.

Paracel Storm is the second set of challenges you will unlock in the Night Club Challenge mode. You will unlock them after completing the first 9 holes / 33 challenges of the Wolf Creek course. To access these challenges once unlocked select Course Select in the Night Club Challenge menu.
