This is easily obtained on the first challenge map of Night Club Challenge. There are only 500 point targets; aiming for the center of each will be enough to get you there. Refrain from adding spin to get a small 10% bonus as well. Hitting all targets without spinning will give you around 3800-4000 points, well clear of the target 3500.

From the main menu, head into the "Night Club Challenges." The first (and easiest) challenge requires you to score 3,500 points by chipping balls close to targets. If you don't miss, you should be able to score 3,500 points and still have a ball to spare.
Note that the points are for where the ball winds up, NOT where it lands on its first bounce!

This can easily be obtained in the first challenge on Wolf Creek. All it requires you to do is hit the ball into a fairly sizeable area. Continue with the challenge and upon completion you should get 3 stars and the trophy. For more information on challenges, and how to earn stars, please see Supernova below.
