How to unlock the Star Walk of Fame achievement in EA SPORTS Rory McIlroy PGA TOUR - Definitive Guide
Looks like you must complete the following: -
Wolf Creek - 62 Challenges
Paracel Storm - 54 Challenges
Coyote Falls - 58 Challenges
There are a total of 522 possible stars, but as you only need 350 stars for the Supernova achievement you can get away with just getting 1 or 2 stars in some.
So if you plan on the completion and are getting 2 stars average, it makes sense to just move to the next one etc
Looks like they must have patched it - I just loaded challenges up and achievement popped!

Looks like this has glitched for some reason - I've done all challenges but no achievement - anyone else getting this problem?

I just got it.
The only thing that may be the reason why you haven't received the achievement is because you didn't get the last boost to level 2. Basically, 500 stars.
I had 501 once I completed the last challenge.

Hey everyone, I just got this achievement and just want to share what I had so there wasn't any more confusion.
Wolf Creek 127/186
Paracel Storm 110/162
Coyote Falls 127/174
As soon as I completed the last challenge at Coyote Falls the cheevo popped. My boost levels are as follows:
Rocket-2
Sticky-2
Remote Control-1
Nitro-1
Nudge-2
Super Spin-1
Pause-2
Below Zero-1
Anchor-1
With that said, it's my opinion that boost levels don't matter for this. I think you just need to at least one star every challenge. Hope this helps!

This will most likely be the longest and last trophy you earn in the game. You need to beat all 170 challenges in Night Club Challenge Mode. These challenges are spread over three different courses, as specified in the trophy description. Thankfully you don’t need to 3 star them all, but rather you only need to obtain a minimum of 1 star to progress to the next challenge. Most challenges are fairly simple and some may require a few tries but overall this won’t be too bad.
Here are some general tips that will help you with the challenges:
Here are some general tips that will help you with the challenges:
- Master the mechanics of the game. The challenges take a fair amount of skill, so you will want plenty of practice and be accustomed to various skills and tips learnt in the game. This includes understanding how wind affects the trajectory of the ball, how to read the grid lines whilst putting, and how to use spin effectively for different types of shots.
- Play on Arcade Gameplay Style. This is by far the easiest setting in the game so be sure that it is set to this setting before playing. Alternatively you can create your own settings. To change the Gameplay Style Setting navigate to Settings > Gameplay Style from the main menu.
- Utilise boosts. You will unlock boosts as you progress through challenges, these are effects which you can place on the ball at certain times to help with challenges. These are vital to completing most challenges, so learn how best to use them to your advantage. Although not all challenges require the use of boosts, most challenges can be made easier by utilising them, so experiment with different boosts as you unlock them.
- If you’re struggling, move on. As specified earlier, you don’t need to earn every star from every challenge. If you can’t get greater than 1 or 2 stars, then move on to the next challenge. Once you have completed all the challenges, then you can go back and try and clean some up for the Supernova trophy. In addition to this, you may unlock boosts in later challenges that will significantly help in early challenges which you were having trouble with.
- Understand the scoring requirements for each challenge. Earning points in challenges can come in a variety of ways. There is always a main objective, such as to hit the ball on to targets that are worth a different amount of points, or putting through gates that are worth different points. It might seem common sense, but focus on the targets / objectives that will net you the most points. You will also earn small amounts of points for not spinning the ball as well as for hitting fairways and greens in regulation, depending on the nature of the challenge.
- Trial and error. All variables stay the same for each shot on each challenge, i.e. wind, placement of targets / hole etc. Take some time to practice the best placement of your shot for maximum points and then if need be restart the challenge so you don’t waste unnecessary shots.
You'll need to complete every single challenge across all three courses. You DO NOT need to three star them, just complete them. This will by far be the longest achievement in the game.
