There is nothing much to explain in this one. Its pretty simple. You have to buy a pack of specific weight category according to your fighter with the credits or UFC coins and apply any "perk" and a "move" from the pack to your fighter in the Ultimate Team.

As you obtain more ultimate team packs you will eventually obtain perk and move cards. Once you have 1 of each go into your card collection and apply both a move and perk card to your fighter to unlock this.
