I did this achievement against the CPU, I played as Ronda Rousey because she is a Judo fighter, when we where in a clinch and the oppenent went for a single leg takedown I was holding & (away) and it countered the takedown and I landed on top in side control and the achievement unlocked.

Which direction were you holding the right stick? Were you pressing it in a direction or pressing it like a button? No one has yet to give an exact description on how they got it. Come on.

This is easiest achieved using 2 controllers in "Fight Now" mode (if you don't have a second controller then set the difficulty to Beginner, this is a lot harder to do against a CPU opponent even on Beginner) then set your fighter as Ronda Rousey with any other fighter for your opponent. Get both fighters within clinch distance, hold on both controllers and push the towards Rousey on the opponent controller, then immediately push the in the same direction on Rousey's controller to perform the Judo reversal and unlock the trophy.
