I suggest to play all your games on beginner. I started in the Light Heavyweight class and after 9 wins I got a shot at the belt. I won the fight and defended the title 5 times. Then I got the option to change weight class. I went for Heavyweight and I received the achievement "A Change of Pace". After that I just kept winning and after you reach 1 million fans your longevity will be extended.
At the beginning you may think you can't reach 30 fights but your longevity will extend when you get more fans. So just keep playing and eventually you will have 30 fights. But like I said at the start, playing on beginner is adviced. You win games quicker and easier and if you win everything you will gain more fans which will extend your longevity.

For this achievement all you need to do is complete 30 fights in career mode and pop! Achievement is unlocked

As in real life your fighters career can only be sustained so long. With every fight you take a hit to your 'longevity' the size of the hit is determined by how gruelling your fights are and any injuries you receive. The 'longevity' itself starts low and increases as you fight and gain more fans. For this trophy you need to extend your career to over 30 fights.
Tips:
- Change the difficulty to beginner. Easier/faster fights mean smaller longevity hits.
- Obviously try and win fights and take the belt. You will gain more fans and subsequently get a longevity increase. Remember to use the upgrade points and spend them according to your playstyle as the more powerful you are, the faster you can put opponents away.
