Literally the first career achievement I got. At times during your career you will get a pop up which says something like "You stayed up all night playing video games, your training camp will suffer, lose one training session" and boom achievement unlocked, nothing you can really do to help this one, and you'll probably get it on your first fight after The Ultimate Fighter

In between fights random events occur that will impact on your ability to train and raise your attributes either in a positive or negative way. (eg. unable to train certain attributes or earning bonus skill points for training in a certain style)

In career mode after winning the ultimate fighter and starting your proper UFC career, you will choose your next fight then progress on to your fight camp. You will randomly get messages at the start of the fight camp that give either negative or positive boosts to your training for that fight camp. This will unlock after winning the Ultimate Fighter Finale and receiving your first fight camp boost messages.
